With the web, it is debateable how relevant spending resources on hard-copy newsletters is these days but this is one of the things on the list of things to get around to doing. However, it is hoped to get earlier versions of the CCP14 Newsletter in web readable form.
However, while not part of the CCP14, the CCP14 secretary was guest editor on an International Union of Crystallography, Commission on Powder Diffraction Newsletter, Issue No. 20 which (surprisingly?) contains quite a few articles by program authors about software that is also obtainable from CCP14.
