GETSPEC Spacegroup source code. The aim of GETSPEC is "to GET the SPECial
positions, given the Hall space group name. Along the way it also gets the list of
equivalant positions." Getspec is also inside a number of crystallographic programs (e.g., Gretep, Celref, etc).
