The best starting spindle angle for a LEAPFROG data collection will
be calculated. Three variables has to be specified: sweep step completeness,
where sweep is the oscillation range whereover data are collected, step is
the number of degrees skipped between the different sweeps, and completeness
is the desired final completeness. At maximum 25 LEAPfrog commands can be
given. The program produces a redundancy table for the best starting angle
of each LEAPfrog command, and a page in the PSFIle
of the total oscillation range of actual data-collection versus the starting
spindle angle.
