The number of variables of nrspot, which should be equal to the number of variables of mincon, determines the number of groups into which the list of spots is randomly divided. The variables of nrspot determine the size of each group. The number should be given cumulatively; the last number should be larger than or equal to the total number of spots found by the peak-search algorithm. The first number strongly influences the total computing time; values between 75 and 125 are reasonable.
