Starts the refinement of the parameters specified by FIT, and refines the specified number (n) of cycles, and stops automatically if the refinement has converged. The new values of the parameters are given, together with the shifts and the calculated or estimated errors. Can only be run after running INDXPAT with a number of indexed measured spot positions.
