This dialog allows the user to perform some calculation with existing
planes. Planes can be added by selection of more then three atoms and
executing the 'Add Plane' command from main menu. Currently OLEX creates
planes with considering atomic coordinates only, which means that planes are
not weighted. Centroids can be added in the same way as planes.
When one plane is selected the distances from all centroids to the selected plane are shown in the window bellow. Selection of two planes shows the angle between them in the top row of the window. Current planes drawing algorithm sometimes draws them incorrect. To make correct drawings, select atoms, belonging to the plane in a clockwise or contraclockwise direction. |
