ORBASE

ORBASE is not a separate program but a special option which can be used to prepare a suitable model, starting from a model selected from the ORBASE or ORUSER database of common fragments. An input model is necessary before an automatic ORIENT run can be executed. This option can also be used on-line when ORIENT is run with user intervention: the user will be given the choise to do so at the right moment. This option cannot be used when DIRDIF is run in automatic mode.
