Universal Inspection System DP 150.10

.

The universal DP 150.10 system serves to radioscopically examine small workpieces for internal defects and to perform checks of concealed structures.

The excellent price-performance ratio of this complete turnkey system makes it an ideal machine for process control and small parts spot checking, e.g. in the foundry industry.

Characteristics

  • Workpiece manipulator with 5 axes
  • Workpiece dimensions up to 300 x 300 mm
  • Workpiece weight up to 10 kg
  • Reduced floor space due to compact design
  • Easy relocation on factory premises
  • Imaging system VISTALUX (7")

  • X-ray equipment ERESCO 160 MFR2:
    • Compact constant potential X-ray equipment in medium frequency technology
    • Metal-ceramic X-ray tube
    • Integrated air cooling, thus no additional water cooling required
    • High voltage range from 5 to 160 kV
    • Tube current 0.5 to 10 mA
    • EN focal spot size 1.1mm (0.5 IEC 336)

Universal Inspection System DP 419
.

The DP 419 radioscopic system serves to examine small batches and to random-test larger workpieces made of such different materials as aluminium, plastics, and steel.
The radioscopic inspection system has been designed to cover a universal range of applications. It is therefore superbly suited to tackle quality assurance tasks in such diverse areas as production, incoming inspection, or Research and Development. The programmable DP 419 P version is recommended if inspection time calls for optimisation.

Characteristics

  • High flexibility through 5 axes with variable speeds
  • Workpiece weight up to 50 kg
  • Workpiece diameter up to 460 mm
  • Workpiece height from 760 mm to 2000 mm depending on system

  • ± 30° swivel, position-independent
  • Reduced floor space
  • Available in 160kV or 225kV high voltage version
  • Programmable version DP 419 P via "teach-in" method (option)

.
Universal Inspection System DP 435
.

The DP 435 radioscopic inspection system serves to examine small batches and to random-test large, heavy workpieces.

The radioscopic system has been designed to cover a universal range of applications. It is therefore superbly suited to tackle quality assurance tasks in such diverse areas as production, incoming inspection, or Research and Development. The programmable DP 435 P version is recommended if inspection times call for optimisation.

Characteristics

  • High flexibility through 7 axes
  • Workpiece weight up to 70 kg
  • Workpiece dimensions up to 800 mm diameter and 1000 mm height
  • ±30° swivel, position-independent
  • Optimised cycle time due to high-speed motorised sliding door ( < 2.5 s)
  • Top loading/unloading outside cabinet possible
  • Available in 160kV or 225kV high voltage version
  • X-ray beam shutter (option)
  • Programmable version DP 435 P with PLC SIEMENS S7 (option)
