The DP 152 is custom-fit for the radioscopic inspection of spirally or longitudinally welded pipes with a diameter of up to 3 m and a length of up to 18 m. The DP 152 consists of a two-part pipe carriage to facilitate pipe movements, an outrigger for the ISOVOLT 160 HS / ISOVOLT 225 HS X-ray tubehousings and a support for the VISTALUX imaging system. The DP 152 is equipped with a VISTAPLUS image enhancement system. |

The DP 363 is a manual radioscopic inspection system to detect inclusions in large rolled plates that are made of different materials, e.g. brass, aluminium or steel. The maximum plate dimensions are 2000 x 300 x 180 mm. The maximum weight is 250 kg. The system is equipped with a 320 kV ISOVOLT 320 HS X-ray equipment and a VISTAPLUS image enhancement system. |
