      I've put tcw31prj.zip into /pub/packages/wxwin/incoming. This is a
set of Borland Turbo C++ foor Windows version 3.1 project files for the wx
library and associated libraries. I used WinZip (version 5.0 I think). Hope
this is useful to you. As I mentioned before, the version of wxWindows this
is for is 1.61b (or thereabouts).
